CSAP (Conseil scolaire acadien provincial) rentals, contact information
will be posted when confirmed
CSAP facilitates rentals
for the following:
École Beaubassin - 457-6811
École Bois-Joli - 433-7070
- Renter
is responsible for all damages occurring during use of
facilities.
- Renters
must clean up after their use and leave facilities in good
condition.
- Renters
are not permitted to mark, hang or stick anything on the walls, doors or
floors of the facilities.
- Renters
must confine their activities to the area designated and the associated
corridors, entrances and washrooms.
- If
school is closed because of inclement weather, all evening activities
held in school shall be assumed cancelled.

No
street shoes,
sneakers or boots are permitted on gym floor. Only non-marking, dry
sneakers are permitted.
- No Food
or Drink is permitted in the gym at any time, however, water bottles,
filled with water, are permitted.
- Please
advise the caretaker immediately of any spills so they can be wiped up
before any floor damage occurs.
- No
smoking is permitted on school property.
- No
alcohol can be consumed on school property. Written permission may be
granted for alcohol at special events.
- No
illegal activities are permitted in facilities.
- Adequate
adult supervision is required at all times.
- Sign
In/Out Forms - A person designated by the renter will be required to
sign our standard In/Out Inspection
- Form
before and after each rental detailing conditions of the facilities.
Users will not be permitted in the facilities until
Inspection Form is signed.
- All gym
rentals include Basketball nets or volleyball nets, if required. Rental
of gym does not include equipment other
than nets (eg. basketballs, balls, racquets,).
- Door
monitors are in control of the facilities during community events and
their directions with regards to the rules must be followed.
- During
summer months, Christmas Break, and March Break, the schools are closed
for maintenance (unless otherwise
posted).
- In Case
of Fire - evacuate building immediately. From a safe location, the Door
Monitor will call 911 and then
page the on call pager. Please ensure all of your members have evacuated
the building.
